Growing up as a fat kid was definitely hard on me as a child. I remember ​being so frustrated because clothes as simple as a pair of jeans didn’t ​look the same on me as it did on every other kid in school... I felt like an ​outcast. My confidence became so low that it prevented me from doing ​things I loved like playing soccer. I joined a team thinking I would meet ​people who I could play and enjoy the game with but all I found were ​kids who hated me because of how I looked. They never even gave me a ​chance. “Porky”, “fat ass”, “piggy”, “fatty” were all names I would hear ​during practice. I slowly started to hate the game I once loved. I decided ​I would do absolutely anything to lose the weight so I could look ​“normal” in other people’s eyes.

I began to fall into bad eating habits such as many people do when ​trying to lose weight fast. It got so bad at one point I decided to water ​fast for 30 days, not knowing I was basically killing my self. I lost so ​much weight extremely fast but in my mind I looked exactly the same. ​This was also where I saw food as a bad thing. I eventually gained the ​weight back after I began to eat again and decided to try other diets that ​were recommended such as keto, intermittent fasting, and barely eating ​throughout the day. Nothing seemed to truly work because it was too ​hard and unsustainable.


I was on the verge of giving up because losing weight just started to feel ​like a distant dream for me. But my whole life started to shift once I ​found calorie deficits. I was able to lose 40Lbs in the first 6 months but ​this time not just in fat, I began to develop muscle I never thought I ​would be able to get. I discovered that weight loss is possible for me and ​it doesn’t have to be as hard as most people make it seem. So I decided ​to begin my journey as an online trainer/social media influencer to reach ​and help people who are on the verge of giving up on themselves like I ​almost did once. After a couple years of being in the Fitness field, I ​realized that the reason other personal trainers recommend these insane ​diets and crazy hard workouts is because most of them have never been ​in the position of being overweight. They never had to go through those ​late night binges because they didn’t starve themselves to lose weight ​like I did. Nor did they have the experience of covering up in the summer ​because they were so embarrassed of how they look no matter how hot it ​was outside.

This Is why I created EternalMob, to change the fitness industry so it’s ​actually designed to help people who struggled with weight from ​someone who has struggled as well.
